Main Street Landing introduces you to our Web Site. We are a company with a vision that includes environmentalism and social conscience. We build buildings, and we build relationships. We own most of the developable land on Burlington, Vermont's waterfront. This is an area that in the mid-1800s was the third largest lumber port in the world. That is why we call ourselves redevelopers. Our project is a 25-year plan and we have completed over 200,000 square feet of new and rennovated construction. We expect to complete our work in the next fifteen years.
